The length of the oral presentation is 15 minutes for regular talks and 30 minutes for invited talks. In both cases, the limit includes time for discussion (5 and 10 minutes, respectively).
Presentations in .pptx or .pdf are accepted. If you prefer another format, please let us know in advance. For best results, presentations should be in a 16:9 ratio.
The posters should be in a portrait format with a maximum size of 84.1 cm × 118.9 cm (A0). Pushpins will be provided to attach your posters to the boards.
Authors are asked to prepare one slide for the poster pitch presentation (a 2-minute flash talk at the beginning of the poster session). The posters will be presented during a dedicated session, but can be on display throughout the entire conference.
Official language of the conference is English. Czech or Slovak will not be accepted in the scientific presentations.
A committee will award the best:
BSc/MSc student oral presentation,
PhD student oral presentation, and
poster presentation.
Winners will be announced during the closing ceremony. Evaluation criteria include content, delivery, and organization of the presentation.
