Oral presentations 

The length of an oral presentation is 15 minutes for regular talks and 30 minutes for invited talks. In both cases, the total time includes discussion (5 minutes for regular talks and 10 minutes for invited talks).

Presentations in .pptx or .pdf format are accepted. If you prefer another format, please let us know in advance. For best results, presentations should use a 16:9 aspect ratio.

Posters

Posters should be prepared in portrait format, with a maximum size of 84.1 × 118.9 cm (A0). Pushpins will be provided to attach posters to the boards.

Authors are requested to prepare one slide for the poster pitch presentation (a 2-minute flash talk at the beginning of the poster session). Posters will be presented during a dedicated session but may remain on display throughout the entire conference.

Conference awards

A committee will award the best:

• BSc/MSc student oral presentation, 

• PhD student oral presentation, and

• poster presentation.

Winners will be announced during the closing ceremony.  Evaluation criteria include content, delivery, and overall organization of the presentation.
