The Controller processes only personal data necessary for organizing the 30th Helminthological Days, specifically: name and surname, email address, institutional affiliation, billing details (if applicable), contact details (name, institution, e-mail) included in the conference abstract book, and photographic records from the event.
3. Data retention period
Personal data is retained: for the duration of the conference organization and subsequent administrative processing, for the period required by applicable legal regulations (e.g. accounting laws), contact details published in the conference abstract book for the period during which the abstract book is publicly available online, personal data processed on the basis of consent until such consent is withdrawn.
4. Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be disclosed only to: members of the conference organizing committee, or external processors (e.g., accounting service providers).
5. Rights of data subjects
Data subjects have the right to: access their personal data, rectification of inaccurate personal data, erasure of personal data, restriction of processing, object to processing, data portability, withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent), lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic (www.uoou.cz).
6. Data security
The Controller has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
